Open Division Competitive Exhibits

August 1, 2025: Entries Open.
September 1, 2025: Entry Deadline. All entries and payments must be submitted online.
September 6, 2025: Fine Arts, Hand Arts, Photography Entry Take In. All entries must be dropped off and checked in between 8am - 12pm at the Central Park Hall Building.
September 20, 2025: Culinary & Pumpkin Decorating Entry Take In. All entries must be dropped off and checked in between 8am - 12pm at the Central Park Hall Building.
September 25 - October 5, 2025: Exhibits on Display during #11DaysOfAwesome!
October 6, 2025: Entry Release and Pick Up. All entries must be picked
Oklahoma State Fiddling Championship

August 1, 2025 – Entries Open
September 15, 2025 – Entry Deadline
Entries submitted after September 15th will incur a $10 late fee. Entries close 30 minutes prior to the published start time.
September 27, 2025 – Oklahoma State Fiddling Championship, Sage Net Lower Level Stage, 10am – 4pm
When logging-in for the first time this year, please do the following:
-Click "1-Register" at the top of the page
-Type in "name" then choose on of the following: "I am a new exhibitor" or “Club”
Accounts from last year will not be carried over into this year. Continue following the instructions on each page.
